Common questions about installing and running the Loadboard Ninja Chrome extension. Can't find what you're looking for? Email us — we read and reply ourselves.

"This extension is not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing" warning when installing on Chrome
This is because Loadboard Ninja is so new. "For new developers, it generally takes a few months to become trusted. Eventually, we strive for all developers with compliant extensions to reach this status upon meeting our Developer Programme Policies."Google Support. We have to wait for this to clear naturally. All extensions in the Chrome Web Store have undergone manual review — and the only permissions ours has are on the load boards themselves.
The extension keeps turning itself off
If you have "Enhanced Safe Browsing" turned on, your extension will turn itself off whenever it updates. Toggling it back on after each update is the workaround until the trust warning clears.
I installed the extension — why isn't Loadboard Ninja doing anything?
Open a compatible load board (DAT One, DAT Power, or Truckstop), click the extension icon and select your map. Go back to the load board — you should see "Loadboard Ninja is loaded" at the top of the page. Now click any load and the active tab that Loadboard Ninja opened should update with the load information. Contact us if this still isn't working.
What browsers does this extension work with?
Loadboard Ninja works with Google Chrome and all Chromium-based browsers — that includes Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, and Opera. Firefox is not supported yet (it's on the roadmap).
Does this work on mobile?
This tool is built for dispatchers running on a desktop in the office. There's no mobile version yet — we're exploring it.
Loadboard Ninja isn't showing my trucks on the map
Go to Settings → Organization and add your ELD API key in your organization's settings. We support Samsara and Motive — once the key is in, truck positions populate automatically on every load card.
