Yes. Load Alerts surface matching loads via email, phone, and the LandstarOne app. When you click through to the load board to act on an alert, Loadboard Ninja's overlay is already there with the route, deadhead, and RPM — you don't have to triage each match by hand.
Does it interfere with non-forced dispatch?
No. Landstar's non-forced dispatch model means BCOs choose their loads. Loadboard Ninja makes that choice faster and better-informed by giving you the route, deadhead, and RPM on every posting before you commit.
Will it slow down the Landstar load board?
No. Loadboard Ninja activates only on the Landstar load board (and your other load boards), runs asynchronously, and does no background polling. The load board feels exactly as fast as it always did.
